What is your care guide?

It’s important that you care for your garments to increase its lifespan as each piece is hand-made and hand dyed. Attached to each garment is our care label that will provide you care instructions. You may also refer to the care instructions provided in the individual product display.

ORDERING

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Our size chart serves as a general guideline in helping you find the correct size fit. Please refer to the specific measurements of each size provided in the product description. All garments are laid flat when measured. If you need further assistance, please email us before purchasing.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, we can’t make any changes including changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method as it has been sent for processing as soon as we confirm it. If you need to cancel your order before receiving confirmation, please email us right away including your order number and full name in your request.

How long will delivery take upon ordering?

For Singapore Orders

Upon ordering, we will send you an order confirmation notification and will be immediately processed for delivery within 1-2 days. After dispatch of delivery, it will take 2-3 business days for your items to reach you.

For International Orders

Upon ordering, we will send you an order confirmation notification and will be immediately processed for delivery within 1-2 days. After dispatch of delivery, it will take 7-20 business days for your items to reach you, depending on destination.

 What if something I ordered is in defect condition?

What payment methods does your Site accepts?

We accept payments via Paypal, VISA and Mastercard.

SHIPPING

Do I have to pay for delivery?

You are not required to pay for delivery if your order is to be shipped within Singapore. All international orders are subjected to delivery charges. Please refer to our Shipping Information for more details.

Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?

All international orders are subjected to duties and taxes, paid by you to your local service provider.  Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase on all full priced items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and unused and in its original packaging with tags still on. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges currently. To exchange a size/ colour/ item, you are welcome to return a full priced item and re-purchased your preferred size/ colour/ item. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
