We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase on all full priced items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and unused and in its original packaging with tags still on. Any item returned not meeting these conditions will automatically be shipped back to you with no returns granted. 

Sale items will not be accepted for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof or purchase and a complete return form. To obtain the return form, please email us at: hello@thesoleilgirl.com

You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be held liable for lost mails. It is recommended that you use a tracked method for safe delivery. 

Once your returns arrive and if everything is in order, we will process your returns within 14 business days. You will be notified by email once finalised, and refund will be credited into the account from which the order was paid for.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only if there is a size/colour available. To complete your exchange, please follow our return procedure and obtain a return form from us. 

STORE CREDITS

In certain cases we may only offer store credits as a refund. Please note that store credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. You may use store credits in your next online purchase with us. There is no expiry to store credits.
