As a slow fashion label, we honour craftsmanship through handmade production. Traditional methods such as hand drawn, hand cut pattern making and hand dyed process is embraced before each piece of garment is woven with care and attentive detailing. We believe in the beauty of things made slow that respect the environment and the makers of our clothing.
Small Produce, less waste
We work with a small family-owned garment workshop in Bali, Indonesia. Each design is made in small runs to reduce wastage and avoid overproduction. From time to time, we run pre-orders to help us gauge demand so we know exactly how much to produce. If you love an out of stock item, join our waitlist feature. A restock might be in the works and you’ll be the first to know.
It’s our conscious decision to only use natural and biodegradable fabrics in our collections. We use mainly pure linen, hemp, cotton and rayon – all locally sourced in Bali, Indonesia nearby the garment workshop we work with. Bonus: they are all soft to the skin, durable and long lasting for our wardrobe. We are implementing incremental changes to the fabrics we use so stay tuned to our journey.
From our garment workshop to your homes, no individual plastic packaging is used. Our clothing is delivered in reusable calico cotton drawstring bags. Our clothing tags are FSC certified printed on soy-based ink and our cards are made from recycled papers.
